CHEVY S10 TRUCK WONT START!!!!!!!

Hi, I parked my 99 S10 truck away in the garage 2 weeks ago , it was running perfect as usual, came to it the other day and it wont start up! the battery was a bit down so I recharged that, still no joy , I took of the lead at number 1 to check for spark and thats ok, I poured a squirt of petrol down the throttle body and stilll does not fire up! not even for s plit second , it sounds like its about to start but doesnt, now at a loss what it could be , tried reconneting any plugs I can find, cleaned it all and sprayed with damp start but no joy,any suggestions (sensible) welcome. Its a 99 v6 4.2 vortex engine fuel injection automatic.

Hi ,could try a spray can of easy start,or cold start.(halfords etc).
Get someone to turn key while you blast some in the throttle body.
If you get nothing then check the spark, ignition side again.

Hi, thanks for the reply,I bought a set of plugs today, came home tonjght and put them in and it fired first time , once again thanks for the reply , cheers David.
