From the Detroit news, Seems a shame they will only be selling the Escalade in Europe as a hybrid as that must add another £10k on the list price.

Priced a Hybrid for a customer yesterday. Even a 2x4 comes in at just over £65,0000 in base spec and wheelbase.

We can still order the Escalade as a 6.2 Vortec or the 6.0 V8 with Hybrid Drivetrain. I don't know why they think it's Hybrid only.........

as much as i would like to say 'yes' to your question,i think the real answer is no, there just not enought of us who like yank cars here to justify a good nationwide dealer network, I think bar jeep/chysler only sports cars have succeded here

Chrysler/Jeep have made it because they offer one key thing Diesel in all the range and also with Tv adverts and Billboard marketing got the brand image over to everyone.
