My Camaro Iroc Z/28
Discussion
Here are some pics of my old Camaro. This car was an 87 model with 52,000 genuine miles. I placed 3rd at the Nationals with it over here in Australia before I finished it to this concourse level. It was perfect.
350ci 5.7L, Targa tops and had ever factory option you could get. Had to sell it to fund a house purchase though. Biggest regret ever. I was my first dream car. I always wanted to have one since i was an apprentice and ended up with the arguably the best in Australia. Hope to have another one day. I could bring one over from the US since you can drive LHD over there! Very tempting!
What do you all think?

No. It has iroc z 28 written in gold on the door just behind the front guard. Just can't really see it in the pics.
Oh, OK, but it should also have a gold tape stripe that runs right around the car, just above the front air dam - under the IROC-Z decal on the door and around the rear bumper (under the Z-28 badge). Even so, it's a really nice example - I had an 88 5.7 TPI in the UK and loved every day of ownership of that car. Matt Harper said:

I've now got a 92' Z28 350ci and no plans to get rid.
Hang onto it - if it's ISBN 1 85361 110 7 - the one with the photographic goof on page 99, it's quite rare.
I have a few 1st edition/limited edition hardbacks covering a variety of American marques - one or two of 'em are steadily growing in value.
in poor nick - but sought after....
Modern classic (casebound with hard sleeve and signed by author)
...and my most productive find (paid a tenner for it in a 2nd hand shop in Hastings in 1984 - now worth around $3500)
