Great, also when engine is cold the fluid level is on the minimum level and when the engine is running the fluid is jumping around at medium level is this normal?Shall i warm the engine up,turn it off and check level and top up to top level?I have also got quite a bit of sqeaking when turning the steering wheel,if the level is very low can this be the problem of the sqeaking, or is it something else.Sorry i am not very good with the mechanics of cars and would be grateful for any advice.thanks dave

Yes that sound like you have the correct level in, if you can see it in the bottle then you have enough in, dont over fill it or it'll end up all over your floor when you switch engine off
