weather looking a bit wet for Friday (which is a pain as I finish work at 09:30 and was going to trundle straight there). Rest of weekend looks good, here's hoping the Pod's is not in it's usual post Bug-Jam landfill like state.

Andy, what car will you racing?

Weather update: now dry Friday smile and showers Sat/Sun rolleyes

Anyhoo, should be there 11'ish Friday morning - set tent up, let tyres down, set PB, retire to grassbank near the small bar and relax. beer

If you see a one armed chap with a pitchfork (not tuning fork, Ricki ) tattoo and or a silvery blue with blackstripes (and primered bootlid) 71 Camaro, say hi.

I'll be there for Saturday and Sunday, so if you see me in my extremely dark looking 300C SRT8, come and say hello, mine will be the one with the all black front end.

I am hoping of going down, not racing, but taking pics, so if you see a big bearded bloke walking around with a "SIMPSON" shirt and pointing a camara at you then it will be me!

Anyone know what the toilets are like at SantaPod? Are they plastic portaloo type things? (you know the sort that are disgusting after 10AM on the first day!)

There is a toilet/shower block in the middle of the pits which in comparison is better...

I thought I'd ask as Mrs G tends to avoid going to places with the plastic porta loos !

Thanks for the heads up, mmm, do I go that way or risk the M3/M25/M1 with all the road works.................

What do you guys reckon, I'm leaving Southampton about 06:00 getting to Santa Pod at about 08:30 I guess, the A43 should be quiet still shouldn't it (which I should hit that area around 08:00)?

Great weekend.

I watched on Saturday (for a change) and only raced on Sunday.

Beat a new Camaro, GTX and a new Mustang. Lost to a Viper so no shame there biggrin

Well done Shaun was good to see you out playing again, although apparently your snoring Saturday night kept most of the OS lads awake.....
