I have a 4th gen 1999 Z28 and 17 years no claims on my daily driver policy. For the last 2 years I've been with Sureterm for the Camaro, who have regularly quoted around 300 quid fully comp, much less than anyone else. Not this time - £672 is the best they can manage, even after ringing them. So time to get on the phone I guess!

So - who are you all with? Please?

Ring round all the usuals, MCE, Swinton, Footman James, A Plan, Graham Sykes, Adrian Flux.

There's a few others that have been mentioned in other thread in this forums too, so maybe do a search back if you have time..

Story seems the same with many this year, that premiums have gone up and with no real reason.

(I'm sure Ash from Flux will be along in a minute telling you to call him wink)

eta.

Just found some others from a previous thread

Ah cool, thanks for that. I flipped back a few pages but didn't do a proper search. Much obliged.

Cheers - they're great cars for pedal to the metal power on the cheap and good to cruise around in.

Remind your mate you need plenty of room either side in car parks though.. wink

Went with Adrian Flux in the end - £390 for 5k mileage pa, Euro cover, driving other cars, windscreen and audio cover, replacement car, legal protection and building up NCB on the car too. More than last year but the best deal I could get it would seem!

Cheers for the pointers!

Have you tried Competition Car Insurance? They specialise in mod'ed and track day cars. They quoted for me but mine is a non racer so they couldn't match best quote in the end.
