SVT LIGHTNING OIL??

Hi i need some engine and diff oil.
The motor oil should be 5w 20 i have used torqo from demon tweeks.
I am thinking of using red line oil for the diff which has friction mod already added.
Just wondered what others use.

Oh and the yellow coolant,dont really want to change to another colour
because i will have to get all the yellow out of the systerm.
I have heard it gel`s up if you mix different colours.

Ford are very specific but I used Prestone from Motorworld which is the right stuff and blends with anything.

Rear end; stock or true trac use SAE75w-140 Motorcraft Synthetic then add one tube of Modfier.

Motor; if you cant get SAE5w-20 then use SAE5w-30 Motorcraft Synthetic Blend
Oil Filter is FL-820S
