Well! I finally bought one!
Discussion
After searching a few months for the right vehicle at the right price. I finally bought this.........
Its well specked with electric everything(Oh no! more to go wrong)Considering all the negative press these get. I have found the opposite. Many asking about it. Getting the thumbs up. Rather than the thumbs down. And quite a few taken pictures of it.
The best part is the view from the drivers seat.It feels tank like. Fuel consumption on a run varies from 16-22mpg. Around town it fares a little worse.10-13mpg.Even so. I'm loving it.

They are cool brutes these things, one reason I went for a V8 defender was because I like tough military looking vehicles with V8's. I've seen a hummer driving around shropshire, and thought it looked hugely wide even on country roads. With it being a left hooker how are you finding driving it around town / narrow roads?

I,m used to driving left hookers,so dont really find it much of a problem. The view from the drivers seat though can be a bit decieving. From the seating position it gives the impression that it isn't that wide. This is because once the door is closed, everything feels closeted around you. Even down to the low roof line.In reality it is wide. But know where near the width of a H1.Yup, definitely like that and judging by your other vehicles you aren't afraid to drive something a bit different...great stuff Too many of the haters have just jumped on the bandwagon and I bet at least half of them would secretly love a go at driving a hummer!
By the way, I know where those pics were taken (a few minutes from where I am), so I take it that's your Ram I've seen parked down the same road? Sure there was an SRT10 in that neighbourhood a few years ago, too.

Yep thats my Ram.And the SRT10 is still there. Doesnt ever seem to turn a wheel. And i know exactly where your Camaro is. I use the road as a short cut to avoid the mess on the high st. Nice one mate. Nice to see someone else local.By the way, I know where those pics were taken (a few minutes from where I am), so I take it that's your Ram I've seen parked down the same road?
