Tiptronic '71 Camaro? Sort of...
Discussion
Had a klicktronic shifter sitting around in a cupboard for ages. Was keeping for an eventual bike engined kit car project but as the Camaro already has a ratchet shifter and i like to tinker.....
This is not "lashing up with a bit of angle iron" and "packing with washers" - it's "prototyping" and "shimming for clearance"
Pool Balls make a real mess and pong when you drill them
Et voila! Buttons will be mounted on steering wheel.

Only had it 'running' in lash-up, sorry, prototype mode: wires out of window to battery with up/down buttons on my lap!
Putting a new stereo head unit in soon, so control unit and wiring will be done properly then.
Seems reliable so far, with no missed changes on test run :fingerscrossedsmilie:
Will get a short youtube clip on here when finished
