4th gen Camaro door mirrors

Just wondered whether anyone here with a Euro (or Jap) 4th gen Camaro has changed over their door mirrors to the US style ones. Is it a straightforward job?

I'm very tempted to order a pair as I've always preferred the look and it's far easier to get replacement glass for them. Plus I'm having my rear bumper resprayed soon, so could get the new mirrors done at the same time (they come already primed).

I haven't done it, but I believe it's a fairly simple swap and something I might do in the future.
