Is anyone else planning to attend the American car show at Beaulieu motor museum on Sunday? I should be coming in my IROC-Z along with a friend in his 1966 Mustang GT350 rep. Fingers crossed for a dry weekend, we had to abandon our trip to Goodwood Breakfast Club last time because of rain!

I believe tickets are £10 on the day or £7 in advance, although it might be a bit late for that! biggrin

Should be there - travelling from near Havant, so may see you on the M27.

Is your friends car White and Blue with a number plate that starts EPA?

Yeah it's dark metallic blue with white stripes, I am not sure about the registration but EPA rings a bell...

Have you met him and/or seen the car before?

No, there's a White one goes to Guildford cruise owned by a friend of a fellow Camaro owner. (Stay with me)

His reg starts EPA...

Camaro owner: "didn't know you had personalised plates"

Mustang owner: "what do you mean?"

Camaro owner: "EPA? As in 'eap a st"

Oh how we laughed

biggrin

Ahh very droll, sir!

I saw a white GT350 replica at a show near Groombridge about a year ago, perhaps that was the same chap.

Anyway, hopefully see you on the M27!

Didn't go last year, which I think was 1st time held at Beaulieu.

But Victory Wheelers normally organise good events so.... nice weather, New Forest, the museum to look round, what's not to like?

IS there anywhere online with pictures of the event - I couldn't make it but saw lots of cars leaving to head for the M27 late Sunday...

I'll upload mine later - although I didn't actually think I took many good ones.
It'll give you a flavour. good event I thought - really enjoyed it and there were some serious hunks of metal there.

the Metalic pink el Camino Pick up what my favourite.
