Hi All, went to tow my boat today with my new Escalade and the plug on my trailer board is completely different to the connector on the car. Is there an adapter or whats the best thing to do? All advice welcomed.

Does it have a factory tow-kit? If so, there should be a wire harness and a 7-pin (radial) to a 4-pin (in-line) converter. If not, drop me a PM and I'll get one for you from my local dealership. I'm guessing it'll be less than $20.00

Yes, its a factory tow kit. Our UK plugs have round pins. Thanks for being so helpful. Also let me know when you are selling your Suburban as my Dad is looking for a large SUV in the near future. He to is bored with Range Rovers!

As far as I know there isn't a conversion kit.
The Wavendon pdi centre has rewired several cars for uk connections, and used to supply tow bar adaptors also.
