1941 Cadillac I definitely agree on, but its not a Fleetwood/Series 75. The Fleetwood/Series 75 cars were longer and featured a higher and squarer rear roof line and the body style was designed for up to 7 seats even though some were only spec'ed as 5 seater vehicles without the additional seating. They also had the option for a partition between the chaffeur and the rear passengers.

I'm pretty sure the car in your picture is a Series 63 with the more fastback roof shape and shorter overall look. The Series 63 is what later became known as the DeVille in the late 50's/early 60's I think.

Looks like John Willets from Northampton way, he also has a very sharp 53 Coupe De Ville
