My wife picked up a Santa Pod leaflet the other day and I see there is a US car show there in May of this year. We're both casual fans of American cars, everything from hot rods to Vipers with pretty much everything in between.

I know the Pod is seen by some as a bit of a dump - but what is the show like? Worth a visit for the day?

Do the "mopar nats" have a website?

There are tons of American Car Shows every year. The big ones are Billing and Americana but if you want some drag strip action then Mopar Nats at Santa Pod or Gary's Picnic at Avon Park. Mustang owners Club is at Mallory park this year on 4/5 July.

Mopar Euro Nats can be found at

The largest Mopar gathering outside of the US

The one I think you are thinking of is the Wheels in Motion show put on by Top Billing Events.

It's the first year this event has been held.

The event held at Billing Aquadrome in June is held by the AACI, American Auto Club International

This is a great event and very well attended, the weather can be a factor here though.
