For American car chase fans, the British Film Institute on London's South Bank is showing "Dirty Mary Crazy Larry" this Thursday 8.20pm(24th Jan). Rare chance to see this 1974 film on the big screen (not available on DVD here anyway!). Starring Peter Fonda, Susan George, and of course the Limelight yellow 69 Dodge Charger and many original and realistic stunts.
Much loved by Tarantino and referenced/homaged in his recent release "Death Proof." As a bonus, after the film is a Q & A session with the British Director John Hough, and Susan George.
