Garage recommendation

Can anyone recommend a garage, for a Chevy V8 engine - Sebring? -- this is a mates car has carb problems, using a lot of fuel and running on after switched off engine.

http://www.monkfishperformance.com They do any Yank or Aussie motor. Very passionate and knowledgeable guys. Highly recommended, I wont go anywhere else ever again.
