F350 & a Powerstroke diesel

I need to add a vehicle to our company fleet, and have been looking at this...

...but don't have much experience of US diesels. I did a Google on the Powerstroke motor, and turned up a few things that don't look too good as to reliability, though this could just be because people don't generally post when they don't have problems. Anyone here know much about them?

Unfortunately, due to the sites we work on, petrol motors are out. If this isn't up to scratch, any recommended alternatives? (Must be Yank; we've got Jap & UK vehicles already, and this one's for me!)

Later models like the 2005 you are looking at are more reliable than early ones.

Now with that said, there are millions on the road here in the U.S., but you might want to shop for a Dodge (Cummins engine) or a GMC/Chevrolet (Duramax-Isuzu engine) Pick-up.
