Hi Guys, I haven't been to this part of the forum before and to be totally honest I know nothing about these cars but I am after some help from the PH collective brains.

A friend of mine has a Cadillac, circa 1960's, don't know which model as I haven't seen it yet. He has a problem with the clutch at the front of the air pump which drives the air conditioning and the converter.

I have no idea where he got this diagnosis from but he his looking for someone to fix it for him around the Nottingham area. He cannot drive the car because if the clutch shatters apparently it will cause big problems.

Any help, info or advice would be very much apprecaited.

Surely he can remove the belt and then he'll be able to drive it! have done this my self on a few 60's Cadillacs.
Compressor used on a lot of American cars from that era is the same as Jag ones so shouldnt be to difficult to get repaired.
