Jeep Grand Wagoneer - Looking for a garage

I've got a Jeep Grand Wagoneer that I have had a huge amount done over the past 6 months: -

Full service
New catalytic converter
New exhaust
New radiator
New fan
New fan shroud
New air conditioning
Upgraded all of the window flexes to arms
New power steering
New fuel pump
New electrics
New lights

After all of that it takes a long time to fire it up and it keeps conking out, especially when pulling away from traffic lights.

The work has been done at my local garage but they are more of a performance place. They do my other cars and I trust them so I gave it to them. They've done absolutely everything now and I think it's time that I give it to an American specialist (should have probably done that originally).

Can anyone recommend anyone else who can help? Close to Essex would be good but I've spent so much on it now that I will send it anywhere to finally get it fixed.
