I notice that the Aussies are now being offered RHD F150s

Any word on the U.K. following suit ?

They are not “factory”, they are converted locally by a third party under contract to Ford, so getting them to the UK would be hugely expensive.

Unofficial local conversion has been going on for decades in Australia. I doubt the UK market is big enough, and LHD is legal anyway (it isn’t in Australia).

RAM and Chevrolet have official local conversion programs and Ford and Toyota (Tundra) are about to start.

The cashed up bogans (i.e. council) love a pick up, and buying a huge American one is the next level of “success” after a lifted Ranger with every possible accessory stuck to it.
