I'm spending more time in my V6 Vito Traveliner so I'm wondering if there are any other vans I should consider upgrading to.

I use it to move motorcycles so it must be at least Vito sized but a bit bigger would be fine, I like the Traveliner as I can stick the seats back in it for the kids but that's not essential

Depends what era, but I've always hankered after a Chevy G10 short box, or a Dodge Tradesman, of 70s vintage. Both rarely available in the UK but they do come up, and can be with a V8 engine.

Downsides - left hooker obv, and the side doors are on the right hand side and therefore open onto the offside / into the road. And rust, probably.

Many many more Chevy Astro day vans and Chevy G20 / G30 panel vans with large windows let into the sides, but not really the thing for transporting much apart from the family.

I'm sure there's much newer stuff available too but my love for Yank metal starts around 1967 and only lasts to 1980 laugh

I'm not usually one to complain but the fuel bills would surely be horrific if you're covering any sort of mileage.

I'm guessing 15mpg at best.

I've run a few F150 / Ram pickups before - 20 ish on a run and I convert them to LPG so close to 40mpg (as it's half the price)

The Vito only averages 27
