Need help in finding a car

Does anyone know who the owner of a Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police intercepter reg number AY04 TYD is?

I used to own this car years ago and I am trying to track it down in the hope of buying it back

Looking at the MOT history, it may only be doing 2000ish miles a year of late, but most of the advisories, ball joints, bushes etc remain unresolved since 2018 and now it has the added bonus of corrosion and a leaky power steering unit….. It would need to be cheap and even then, You’d have to really want it….

Searching the reg on google shows it was on Wheeler Dealers once and up for sale at 8.5k at some point, plus some potentially more recent photos under the images section. Not sure how to tell when it was for sale but it still has an ask questions link you could try.
