south coast for tuning / sorting out Chevy c10 v8

hi , anybody know a good mechanic/ garage as just got a 1987 c10 pickup with a 350 engine that has been modified , the guy said truck needs going over & everything checked as drives nice but needs setting up brakes / suspension / engine as sitting for years ?
these old yanks are meant to be easy but not many in Portsmouth area ???
