Does anybody have a wiring diagram for the control valve below the egr? So i can test wiring.
From a quick prod I seem to have 4 wires, two of which are earths tested good. One with 11.7v (13.2 engine running) so slightly below battery voltage but happy with it (assuming the motor power) then 4th wire assuming to be reference wire... was expecting 5v but got 2.7v but would love to check what jeep spec is for this?
I tried cleaning it but no luck, the butterfly was notchy and not smooth so was happy it was knackered. On the original I was getting P2141 and 0488.
Replaced with a used one and fault EML saying P0488 but 2141 no longer coming back. However I'm not happy with it as when I moved the butterfly valve it sounded wierd in the electronics part of it so I may have just replaced a faulty unit with another faulty unit.
