Lockdown tedium is kicking in and I've run out of jobs to do so I thought I'd post some pics from a couple of shows I went to last year - it had been years since I'd been to a yanky gathering and with Stoneleigh being local to me I nipped along for a shuftie.... to say my eyes were out on stalks would be an understatement, I'd forgotten how much I wanted an American V8.... still do....! I'll post the pics in batches....

My pick from that lot......unusual and nice to see a Nomad in single tone colour rather than the usual two-tone schemes, and looks great in that early 60's style with WWW on chrome reverse rims smile

Difficult to pick just the one - but I think it would come down to this 'work in progress' Dodge Coronet, I took the photos a minute or two after watching the owner ease it into the parking space, its size surprised me somewhat and it sounded fantastic inside the concrete cow shed...

'65 Coronet 2-dr's are pretty rare now, not many left even in the USA. Many of the remaining survivors have been turned into A990 clones for show and/or drag racing.

Any more of this 67 Camaro ?
I’ve not seen this one before. Guessing it’s a period custom paint job ?

Only this one, don't know why I didn't take more as I was quite taken by it...

I was surprised by the lack of Camaros actually, I thought there would be more. Gagging to get out and see some US car shows now..... wink
