My friend in Texas gets his new Ford Super Duty in a few weeks' time and this latest version seems very special! 475 bhp @ 2,800 rpm and 1,050 lbs-ft @1,600 rpm.
With a ten speed automatic to keep that motor forever in the sweetest spot!
Unlike many people out there he does not tow with with his trucks, i bet that thing will feel more than strong when it's run in fully!
That is some output from 6.7 litres of what people often call the slow fuel.

Super compact and neat for a big diesel actually. Ford have modified, slimmed down or even deleted many things to achieve the power and weight the latest motor has/is.

I'll stick with my 7.3 powerstroke, with a tuner it's just over 300hp, no EGR, no def, no dpf, very little to go wrong & no depreciation. Don't get me wrong, I'd probably love a new 6.7 but as I don't even buy any lottery tickets, it ain't gonna happen.
