Anyone have a Grand Cherokee WK and could check something?

I'm fitting a new carpet and its been a few months since I removed the old one and I've forgotten if the 4wd ECU holder under the rear bench seat should be on top of the carpet or below it.
If anyone has a WK and could have a quick look under the rear seat (passenger side) that would be very helpful. It's a black plastic tray about the size of a piece of A4 paper with 2 ECUs on it.
