So, looking at this old thing sitting in the drive. Neew JL on order so kind of surplus and could definitely do with the cash and space. Is there a specific place to sell this on that is more acceptable than eBay. THis and my old BMW R100RT have sold on eBay a tonne of times and I've made £100 each time!! Not the end of the world!!

List of mods;

4 Litre straight six with automatic gearbox. This has the overdrive function also. With the engine management software you can see slotting in overdrive drops the rpm by about 1650rpm. I tend to run the Jeep with this disabled unless on the motorway. MPG is not terrible as the mix of overdrive, cruise control and the LPG help to bump this up.

LPG tank and operating system fitted and certified. The certificate is required for insurance policies, this is all up to date. The LPG tank tits under the rear load bay and is filled from the near side just above the bumper.

Security
Clifford 650 alarm which has the following features;
Central locking from two key fobs
Immobiliser
Alarm activated from proximity sensors
Remote engine start from the key fobs.

Chassis Mods
Rough Country 4.56 Ring & Pinion set. This was installed to ensure the large tyres would not put a huge strain on the drivetrain
4" Rough Country lift
1.5" Body lift
33" Cooper tyres.

Engine Mods
Custom stainless exhaust, this exits on either side under the side steps
Full performance engine management system and digital display. This gives a heap of info, I can't list all as I'm still exploring the functionality but the most used for myself is;
RPM
Fuel level
Engine oil temp.
Engine coolant temp.
Gearbox oil temp.
Power useage percentage.

Interior Mods
Sparco leather bucket seats
Alpine head unit and full stereo / amps / speaker install
Window tints with wind deflectors.

Having just returned from a couple of weeks in Texas and seemingly seeing one every few minutes I'm also drawn to them and trying to get my head round the various specs / models / upgrades. I naively thought it was simply a case of deciding on 2 doors or 4 then picking a colour. Definately want one tho.
