Are they sold in the UK? The Dodge website has a UK page but it doesn't look active.

Also, if you can buy say a Charger or Challenger here new, do they come with UK compliant lights etc?

No. Not sold by Dodge in the UK. There are a number of American car dealers like 51st state autos, Clive Sutton that can get you one.
The light conversion would be done over here for the IVA test to register the car in the UK.

Be interesting to see what happens if this Brexit thing ever happens on what trade deals / taxation class New American cars will sell for.
