Can anyone suggest me some engine oil I can buy here that meets the spec of this engine?

Its a Lincoln Navigator with the 3v 5.4

When I ran a 5.4 I used 5W30 instead of the factory spec 5W20 as it helps the cam phasers, recommended by all the good tuners. Any synthetic will do as long as it meets the Ford Specification WSS-M2C913-B, WSS-M2C913-C, WSS-M2C913-D. Opie has a good online selector for this.

The oil filter is generic, same as other Fords, Mazdas, Rovers, etc. Look for a Fram PH2 or equivalent. There are other generic parts, the aux belt is the same as an Alfa.

Oil spec for my 2006 4.6 Ford is 5w20, I use 5w30 as I believe to most other with the same engine as mine, from memory the 5w20 oil was specified by Ford to obtain a slightly higher mpg rating

Thanks for the advise guys. Just wanted to make sure as these engines seem to have a whole host of issues.
