Any Worcestershire American classic owners?
Discussion
Afternoon all,
This is a long shot, but I thought I would try and use the collective power of PH to help me out with a problem. Long story short, I'm getting married in August and SWMBO had entrusted me with organising the wedding car. As a huge fan of American classics, I'd booked a lovely '56 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty Special - unfortunately the owner has had to cancel due to personal circumstances, which is fair enough but leaves me struggling to find any other companies with American cars that are local enough; a lot of them seem to be based in the South and the costs are just a little too high with the distance etc.
I was wondering if there were any PHers in the local area with any classic American cars that they would consider hiring out for a few hours on the day? We would of course be paying a good rate for your time and inconvenience. Ideally we'd need a car and driver for about 3 hours, and to cover 15 miles. I love all 40s/50s/60s American cars so would consider anything from that era - muscle cars, sedans, pick-ups etc.
I hope this doesn't come across as cheeky but I thought it was worth an ask.
Cheers
