According to the official GM Dealer in the UK, Ian Allan, the first orders of the new Camaro will be delivered in October 2016 for the UK market:

Yes, LHD only. Ian Allan are planning to have a demonstrator in June but you can order on now.

The V6 does sound good - not officially available but specialists such as the American Car Centre, Boatwright etc will no doubt be able to get hold of a US spec V6.
