Any interest in 6th Gen Camaro
Discussion
Yep. Coming the UK in LHD next year (yes, they said that about the 5th Gen and it took YEARS to get here). I was leaning towards a Mustang (which the 5th Gen outsold pretty much every month) but I like my Camaros. Pricing hasn't been released yet as far as I've seen (it's usually on Camaro5 or 6 pretty quickly).

I like the look of this. Looks more like a coupe than the Challenger which to my eyes looks like a large 2 door saloon, albeit an imposing one.

I think they are within a few dollars, spec for spec.
In my view, the Mustang has generally been smaller and more user-friendly. For example, you always sat IN a Camaro but ON a Mustang. It was very noticeable when I defected to the Mustang camp. I think that appeals to women plus you tend to be able to see out of them, they're slightly more compact and I dare say they have more dealers.
Competition is always good though. Without it, the V6s wouldn't be cranking over 300hp apiece and the V8s wouldn't be trading punches near the 440hp mark.
We've also got the GT350 and Z28 and Dodge have given us the Hellcat, just to annoy them. It's a tough choice.

Where did you read that they were going to officially import them?Yeah I was thinking it must be garnet
I would like to see a bright green or orange there are too many dark conservative colours there. Seen a press car in yellow though with black wheels and it looks good.
Do you reckon you could buy an auto SS and get it back to the UK and do all the necessary for 40k?

Well they generally hover around $30k, to buy but dealer markups on nnew cars are not uncommon.I would like to see a bright green or orange there are too many dark conservative colours there. Seen a press car in yellow though with black wheels and it looks good.

Shipping to be added (ro-ro cheapest).
10% import duty.
20% VAT to be added to everything tallied up.
IVA conversion will be about a grand then you have registration and tax.
I imported a car when we were getting 2.2 dollars to the pound and VAT was 15% so it was a no-brainer then, not so much now.
This company is importing LHD Mustangs so might do you a Camaro and may even defect when the RHD cars arrive.
