Light conversion help Bucks Herts

Just purchased an 07 Ram Megacab, inbetween me buying it in Scotland and it arriving at me in Bucks some wires have been ripped out underneath damaging some resistors that were put in as part of the light conversion. The subsequent voltage drop every time you brake or indicate sets off the bulb out alarm which on an 07 Ram is a loud beep. Any recommended companies Bucks Herts area that might help with this

I know Peter quite well Rob, I've done quite a bit of business with him the last couple of years, I bought my Cadillac from him, my last Dodge Ram and also a few motorcycles. He's been quite poorly lately and I didn't really want to bother him if I could find someone more local, I do have the direct number of Neil his electrician if it goes that way. I've found a bloke Luton way who used to do all Atlantic Sportcars stuff, he sounds pretty clued up but he's busy for the next week or so. I've possibly found the issue now and may be able to fix it myself in the meantime
