Car inspection Kensington

Hi,
Does anyone know anyone willing to do a pre purchase inspection in the Kensington area, not a full inspection just a basic check to make sure it's not a rot box and starts and drives ok.

It's a Ford LTD convertible, 1972, don't want anything in depth just want to make sure it's not a nail before I drive all the way down from Doncaster..

good old LTD I use to have a 1973 and a 75 ltd love them cars even the station wagon in fact I am on the look out for a 73-74 station wagon I love they way the look and drive when to you need to have the ltd looked at I am in east London so about 30 minutes away from kensington

Anytime to suit really, it's currently stored in a commercial workshop so open during normal office hours, I could probably make arrangements to go out of office hours if required, just want to make sure enging is not smoking or making any funny noises and no significant rust anywhere, willing to supply drinking vouchers I don't expect anyone to do it free

I was going near to Kensington on Sunday but its not a problem if its week day or office hours I can go there by tube as parking can be a nightmare on weekdays when you have made the arrangements please email me
