Fried of mine in California recently lost his father and they both collected certain models of classic Oldsmobile muscle. Looks like my friend now wants to look to sell two of his cars, he has a 197? 442 with dealer installed W-30 upgrades. It's got a 455 motor with a posi 2.73 rear-end, that's all the info I have on that at the moment. I think this car might need some interior work as it's been stored in a dry barn but the racoons got in and chewed some of the seats. Car is light blue with white stripes and ram air.

The second car is a 1970 Oldsmobile Rallye 350, this car has gone through an extensive rebuild/restoration. It no longer has a 350 motor but a rebuilt 455 which runs really strong. This car looks and sounds the business. Car is the proper yellow with complete black decals/stripes.

He has not officially put these up for sale yet but I suggested as there is a strong American community here in the UK ad in Europe he might get more by offering them for sale internationally.

If you want any further info or pictures let me know wink

Sound pretty cool, if california they should't really have any rust issues. I do sometimes bring in cars from CA.

As desireable as these cars maybe they are less known in UK than US. Given the recent hike in US car values especially for some of the more unusual cars he will probably do better over there.

The 442 is the pick - even if a little molested - if it's all there and all original and the numbers match - it's valuable and will sell very easily here in the US.
