It was a Mk 1 Ford consol that was built back in the late 70`s. It was peppermint green slightly gasser`ed with wide steels, reg no 846 DLE. My nephew would like to find the car if it is still around as it was his uncle`s car (yeah... confuses me too.) Anyway it was sold in Feb 1981 and was possibly in Croydon. Anyone know of it,Ask your friends. Please help if you can. Or do you know of a dodgy way to do a licence check. Cheers Phil.

Try a more specialist forum such as Rods'n'Sods or the NSRA site.

Could also try writing to custom car magazine to see if any of their readers can help

A picture is a good way of poking memory if you have one ?
