I posted a while back about a first American Car Show to attend and this one came up, so we went up on Saturday and what an awesome day I had! The cars were stunning and though we thought we wanted a '65 ish Mustang, after seeing them all at the show the other half now really wants a Chevy Nova or a Duster. I'm partial to a Dart or a Cougar, the black one in the pics below was very nice. Loads more photos on Flickr, I took 200ish but she took over 500 so haven't got round to sorting them yet..

Weather was superb, bit of Pod-Face by the end of the day, I was also surprised about the low number of attendees, but I've noticed that at other car shows over last year or two. Great day, and definitely want to go again next year. Constant track action was great for us, bearing in mind static shows are only good if you go as a group or know people there. Loved it.

Felt so sorry for this guy, he was in commentary box talking up this freshly built Monaro, then something happened (driveshaft?) and it got stuffed into the wall.
