You'll need deep pockets in that long overcoat .......................
12 mpg on a good day, 6 is the norm
Awesome! Is that your daily driver? How do you find it? (I'm torn b/w a 2013 Mustang Boss, 2013 Mustang GT500, 2013 Camaro ZL1, a Ford Raptor and a 2007 Lotus Exige as my next car!) 12 mpg on a good day, 6 is the norm
Not a "daily" as such, I clock up maybe 1k miles a week so @ 12 mpg it would be a little costly but do use it quite often, awesome vehicle, massive amounts of grunt from the 6.2 V8, around 435 hp, go anywhere, pull anything, nice big trunk too, cockpit is top quality comfortable leather with extensive array of gadgets, shed loads of room for 3 adults in the rear with full stretch leg room, only extra I didnt get was the Ford SatNav as it doesnt work in the UK. Rear two wheel drive is excellent & the electronic 4 wheel drive system is brilliant, as is the trailer towing package, its a big, heavy, long & wide truck though, country lanes & narrow streets are a challenge.
Only slight downer is the top speed limited to 100 mph due to off road tyre speed rating, the low mpg is what you get from 3.5 ton of heavy metal, 6 is a return with a heavy foot, 12 is around town average though motorway cruising @ 70/80 returns around 28, hard acceleration is drain on the tank, RFL is £200 p/a as its unclassified by DVLA being imported.
I couldnt comment on the Lotus you mentioned, not my cuppa, I do have a 2011 Shelby GT500 with new Ali motor which is rated @ 550 hp & with the SVT performance package does get around bends, the supercharger gives it a decent kick in the arse & the equipment/comfort level suits me, again I didnt get the Ford SatNav on this as its a non runner here, RFL is the usual £200 again because its out of the eurocan bracket, I'm waiting on the 2013 Shelby Super Snake version release & report as a replacement for this.
I'm biased but from your list I would run with the 2013 Mustang.

LOL... I'd say go for the ZL1, although I must admit that this weekend I am going to have a look at, amongst others, a Raptor
