Hi Guys and Gals,

I have recently brought a 1996 2.5TD Jeep.

Unfortunately i have now discovered i have no heating !! so very cold journeys at the moment. The blower fan is working ok and the car runs at about 70 degrees C but there is no heat. The cable in the back of the controls seens to be working ok, i have also put a new thermostat in with no success. I have flushed out the system completely with clean water and refilled with fresh coolant. The only thing i have noticed is that there are two pipes coming out of the right hand side of the bulkhead just under the fuel filter with no hoses attached but i could not find any hoses that could attach to these.

Any help on this would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the matrix has sprung a leak and to save taking the dash out to repace it someone has bypassed it !!!
