Help identifying engine - 440 Magnum?

As title please. The advert for this car states the engine is a 440 Magnum - but is it? As far as my limited research can tell, the 440 Magnum had a distributor mounted at an angle. This one looks vertical.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks like the dizzy is at the back of the engine. So i'd say Chevy rather than Mopar.


Edit: Small block too innit? scratchchin

Ad states 5700cc and DVLA records reflect. It's the reference to Magnum 440 that's throwing me.

Definitely a small block Chevy, I am always wary of ads where the person listing a vehicle doesn't know what they are selling, makes you wonder what else is bull.

yes its a mouse motor
small block mopars have dizzy @ rear & big block @ the front
