Shipping parts back from the USA
Discussion
Hi, looking for ideas/suggestions.
I want to buy this item: http://www.umiperformance.com/catalog/index.php?ma...
And I was looking for the most cost affective way to ship it back.
Thanks.

I did just this recently (got 250kgs of lift and armour for my XJ Cherry) via Bundlebox (www.bundlebox.com) - you set up a receiving address, get the bits delivered from the vendor to your US address (thereby taking advantage of the mega cheap in country shipping prices) and then BB forward it on to you using their cheap rates - additionally they handle UK customs for you. Prices for shipping direct from the vendors to the UK was extremely high and then you have to do the customs yourself (so I believe).
They have a shipping calculator which was pretty accurate in my case. If you do a search, I asked a very similar question recently admittedly for a much heavier shipment, and was recommended STS Imports who ship a container from Florida to the UK. Bundlebox send via Fedex airfreight.
I was about £650 for my shipping fees + import duty and VAT of £500.
