Did you do the center caps as well?

It's the best non-silver colour I've seen them painted, but that's probably not saying much…

No didn't do the centre caps, got bored of prepping the wheels themselves to bother with them(they had been curbed badly by the previous owner).. plus the badges in the centre looked quite rough...

I found I couldn't paint my centre caps the same as my alloys (MK2 15's) and the finish was totally different, so left 'em off.

I like it! Black & gold is a good combination.

Cheers!

I do find that the police do stare at me alot now though..frown

taking off the bbs alloys i did find i probably need the alignment done.. tyres where scrubbed very badly on the inner edges.. posibly explaining why my car was "fun" in the cold and wet.. the winter tyres are brilliant though.. apart from when it gets dry an warmish

just hoping for a bit of bad weather soon, to make it really worth it!

I think that looks great!

I'm toying with going for gold on my BRG.

Looks pretty good if you ask me! Is it the colour that's attracting the fuzz or a sideways approach to roundabouts that's atypical for winter? biggrin

Hmm.

Smaller, dark bronze grids or "fighter 10"s.. http://www.rotawheels.com/wheelcatalog.asp

That'd be cool wink

Me too. I was thinking more of a champagne gold as opposed to the darker Subaru gold shown above.

I was tempted to do mine this colour but went for cream back in the summer. Look great clean, but soon grey in brake dust and crap.
