Fitting headrest speakers to a normal seat

I'm considering fitting headrest speakers in the next few months, my car currently doesn't have them. Can I fit them or will I need new seats?

Much easier option would be to fit one of these windblockers with speakers

About £50 + for a used one on Ebay & simple to fit.

Cheaper option that replacing the seats i would think.
