Valve stem oil seals

Does anyone know if the intake and exhaust stem seals are the same on the 1.8.

looking at the two enlarged pics from mx5parts, it looks as though the exhaust seals base is of larger diameter atleast so I would think they are different

i presume the question is because mx5parts only have 2 in stock

If you get the 1.8 OEM gasket set from MX5parts you get white ones and grey ones.. seem to remember the greys ones are a little harder and I guess more temperature resistant for the exhaust guides but looking at MX5parts they have it the other way around which is fine; I had to guess and it was 2-3 years ago I did this. The Autolink kit states they are not OEM and hence all the same colour. I have also heard of non OEM kits where only white ones are supplied. They are physically the same size with the grey being maybe 0.5-1mm longer. Fit using a 10mm socket 6 point 1/4" drive on the end of a 3" extention.

So yes they are all the same size but the colour denotes where the OEM ones go whereas aftermarket supply only one type.
