I'm the chap you need to speak to!

I was hoping to have my '5 (See profile) fixed by Autolink but after a bit of digging they've found a crease in the chassis...So despite me deciding to spend £1k getting it fixed as a thank you for the amazing summer it gave me...This revelation about the chassis makes it silly (even by my standards) to repair! Pushing it well over the £1.2k I was prepared to have it perfect again.

So boys & girls...If you have Mk1 that you would like to go to a new home with a fellow PH'er..I hope I can help! thumbup

I have a helluva summer planned for it! I'd prefer to buy from an active PH'er if I can anyhoo rather than a random ebayer! wink

Hi, I've put mine up for sale last night! £1650 (ono- keen for a quick sale as I need to buy something else for the new commute to work!).

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1519645.htm

Dont let the mileage put you off, it's been lovingly cared for and had a lot of money spent on it. £700 spent on new gaz suspension (fitted by tony at wheels in motion), £500 Rota Slipstream black matt alloys with Toyo's, £400 mohair roof with glass window, had a few car park dings in the doors which have just been sorted at 'Dent Rewind' so she's looking lovely!! Nice interior with the momo wheel fitted to some as standard. Stainless exhaust, K&N, magnecor leads etc...

If you need any info give me a shout! Richard

Bad points:
Washer bottle leaks if you fill over 1/2 way.
It's had a few (all but 2) body panels replaced.
It's been in a few accidents (front rear and side).
120000 miles.
Roof leaks (original).
Respray on the hardtop peeling.
£600 respray last year.

James unfortunately I've fallen head over heels for Rich's MX5. It's EXACTLY like my old one in terms of feeling, ride, comfort & so on! An absolute beauty thumbup
