Slight problem that I'm not sure how to solve.

The exhaust when you go over particularly big bumps or sometimes just when driving along slightly uneven roads, bangs against a lump of metal just up to the left of the tail pipe.

It appears to be part of the chassis.

Exhaust is fimrly fixed and doesn't swign around but just bangs every so foten - it does however egt VERY annoying.

I thought about tie wrapping the exhaust to somethign towards the wheel side of the car but nothing appears to be usable.

Any ideas on how to stop it or to dull the noise?

Try some new exhaust hangers, and regang the exhaust.

does it hit the chassis right near the end at the tail pipe when cornering hard (or when you wobble it)? mine did so i tie wrapped a piece of pipe, split along its length to the flange in the chassis behind the bumper - works a treat smile
