after seeming to have got rid of most of the condensation issues in my car by rodding the drain holes and using silica crystals in the boot, i took it to the local polski car wash seeing as they do such a good job

i got them to turn the jetwash to fine to do the roof, however the zip material just poured water through, and as i looked up i noticed tiny amounts of mould all along the inner stitching - each gutter side and across the roof stitching, upon touching, it felt damp

so, i guess the thread has contracted over the years and is now beginning to let the water in. i'd like a mohair hood at somepoint, but somepoint is far and away - not now! i was going to buy some of this hood waterproofing stuff mx5parts and dandycars sell and apply it monthly or something as a cheap fix for now, if it works that is
