Hello all,
After the last 6 years in other cars I could shortly be back in the MX-5 fold. Test driving a Niseko 1.8 later today and wondered if there is anything specific I should look out for, even on an '08? Had a brief look at the car on Sunday and all looked well - July '08, 12,000 miles, one lady owner, £11,780, HPI clear.
Love the colour combo of the Icy Blue and brown. My only worry is coming from a Mini GP with 218 bhp it will feel slow. But then I guess that's not what MX-5's are about.
My last MX-5 was a MK2 '99 Sport which I thought was great.
With the MK3 I gather there can be problems with the geometry - is this something I should be worried about?
Cheers
Jonosmile

Nothing a set of Eibach springs and a trip to a geometry place won't fix smile

Going from a Mini GP to a Mk3 1.8 you'll be losing around 100bhp - are you prepared for that?
