noisy brake

Hi all,

Picked up my eunos a couple of days ago and i'm very impressed with it, apart from one noisy brake. its the offside rear, it seems to be sticking a little bit and everytime i touch the brakes it makes a squeeling noise. any ideas?? will it improve with a bit of grease on the caliper?

Maybe the pad has worn down to the metal tab squeel generating whatsit. Rear caliper problems are common on these cars though.
